For nights when your thoughts keep wandering and you would like something softer to follow instead.
There are nights when your mind seems determined to visit every subject it has ever stored.
Tomorrow. Last week. Something you forgot. Something you said three years ago. Something completely irrelevant that has suddenly become extremely important at bedtime.
The Wayfinder gives that wandering attention somewhere else to go.
You are not asked to stop thinking. You simply have a gentler thread to follow, and if your mind wanders away from it, you can come back whenever you notice.
Best for: when your thoughts are jumping from one thing to another, when you keep mentally rehearsing tomorrow, when silence gives your brain too much room, or when you want a little direction without a rigid exercise.
What it feels like: gentle, spacious and lightly guiding rather than heavily structured.
Runtime: 25:01
Format: Digital audio
There is no correct way to listen. Use headphones if you like them, or a speaker if you would rather not. Keep the volume low enough that the voice can become part of the room rather than something you need to concentrate on.
You can listen all the way through, drift in and out, or fall asleep halfway through and never know how it ended. Nothing needs to be completed.
I don’t try to fix your sleep, I just want to help you through it.
This audio is designed to support rest and make wakeful nights feel a little easier to be in. It is not a treatment for insomnia or any medical condition and does not promise to make you sleep.
