For the nights when you want the feeling of something steady beside you while the rest of the world gets on with sleeping.
Some nights feel longer simply because you are so aware of being awake. The room is still, everyone else seems to have disappeared into sleep, and your mind has far too much space to notice the time passing.
The Night Guardian is made for that kind of night. The voice stays steady and unhurried, giving you something gentle to rest your attention on without asking you to force relaxation or chase sleep.
You do not need to follow every word. The point is not to concentrate. It is to have something there with you while the night carries on.
Best for: when the room feels a little too still, being awake feels lonely, you want a steady voice rather than silence, or you are tired of checking whether you feel sleepy yet.
What it feels like: steady, protective and reassuring without becoming overly sentimental or instructional.
Runtime: 25:06
Format: Digital audio
There is no correct way to listen. Use headphones if you like them, or a speaker if you would rather not. Keep the volume low enough that the voice can become part of the room rather than something you need to concentrate on.
You can listen all the way through, drift in and out, or fall asleep halfway through and never know how it ended. Nothing needs to be completed.
I don’t try to fix your sleep, I just want to help you through it.
This audio is designed to support rest and make wakeful nights feel a little easier to be in. It is not a treatment for insomnia or any medical condition and does not promise to make you sleep.
